USE : High temperature paint to protect against atmospheric corrosion on all surfaces (containers, tank). Protect against high thermic shocks, up to 600°C,pipe, boilers, radiator, external oven parts. Renovates smoke conducts. FEATURES : Shiny silver paint Working temperature from -20°C to +600°C Easy metallic adhesion DRYING : No dust within 10 mn Hardens within 24 hours
ALU High Temperature paint is a protective and finishing paint with a high aluminium pigment content. It forms a semi-flexible film that is highly resistant to corrosion and high temperatures. It protects pipes, boilers, exhaust pipes, radiators and external oven components from significant thermal shocks (up to 600°C). It restores flues to their original appearance. CHARACTERISTICS: Bright silver colour. Operating temperature from -20°C to 600°C. Excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. ADVANTAGES: High temperatures, corrosion protection, high covering power, excellent temperature resistance. USE: Shake the aerosol vigorously until the ball is released. Spray from a distance of 20 cm to obtain an even spray. Apply in cross layers. Leave to dry. Apply several thin layers rather than a single thick layer, which will run. Touch dry: approximately 2 hours (depending on ambient temperature). Oven drying: 10 minutes at 200°C (when the parts are at temperature). For electrical equipment, wait 5 minutes before turning the equipment back on. The final result, and in particular the anti-corrosion properties, will depend on the number of coats applied (2 coats give excellent results) and the drying conditions: post-baking for 1 hour at 200°C will increase resistance to salt spray. Safety information: For professional use only. Do not use for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended. Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Wear personal protective equipment, gloves, goggles and suitable clothing. For more information, consult the SDS.
