The different models of towel warmers

You have a problem with you towel warmer

First, check the electronic system. If it works properly, the thermostat should be activated and the green light indicator should be on. If the electric system is ok but younotice that your towel warmer is less powerful than before, you may have to change the resistance.

To change a resistance

If you have to change the resistance of your electric towel warmer, it is necessary to manipulate your device with a lot of precaution not to lose any liquid (do not remove or add fluid).

• Torx, flat and cross screwdriver, rag

III. The instructions

Warning: before starting, you have to cut the radiator breaker!

Before any manipulation:

• Disconnect the radiator
• Remove the radiator support
• Put the device over a blanket to protect it. Position the radiator on the highly-rated or upside down, electronic system always upward for not to lose liquid.

Then, on the regulation box :

• Remove the lid 
• Disconnect the resistance threads inside the case
• Uncouple the case of the heating element
• Remove the resistance while wiping it with a rag
• Assembly of the new resistance equipped with the soundproofing material, with the O-ring and with the resin around the net (double waterproofness).
• Put back the case and reconnect the threads of the resistance.
• Finally, put back the lid.
