Description

Isoclear high-temperature copper grease, all positions, is a lubricant that prevents overheating and seizing between two moving parts. The lubricant allows for easy disassembly without tearing, as well as the repair of damaged threads without the use of taps and dies. It is not recommended to use copper grease on very fast rotating movements. This product is recommended for use in the chemical, marine, steel, glass and automotive industries, among others. Burners and boiler valve seals, taps and valves, studs, bolts, etc. Supplied with a wide and a precision diffuser. This aerosol can be used in all positions. CHARACTERISTICS Anti-seize, anti-corrosion, micronised lubricant resistant to very high temperatures. Complex of copper powder and extreme pressure agents in a mineral base thickened with lithium soap. Developed to prevent corrosion and seizing of metal parts assembled by chemical, atmospheric or thermal means. Dropping point: >193°C (NFT 60102) Operating range: -30 to 1100°C ADVANTAGES: Resistant to extreme temperatures, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, anti-seize, insoluble in water, non-flammable propellant. USE Shake the aerosol well before use until the ball detaches. Spray from a distance of approximately 20 cm before assembly, or on moving parts for good penetration.
