Spray onto the upper part of the surface to be de-iced. Leave to act for a few moments without wiping or using the windscreen wipers. Repeat depending on the thickness of the ice. Avoid keeping the aerosol in the vehicle in cold weather. The aerosol can be used in both upright and upside-down positions.
