RIELLO 40 Millenium burner with heater. Easy to adjust and compact enough to be installed quickly, a cylinder is used to manage the air flap (opening and closing of the air flap). The Riello Millenium 40 G3R burner operates at one speed.
The Millenium 40G3R with heater is made of few parts and is low noise with easy maintenance.
It has IP40 protection, it satisfies CE standards in accordance with the EEC guidelines

The burner should be maintained periodically by a professional heating technician. Over time, the burner becomes dirty and its performance drops. The fuel oil nozzle wears and parts of the Riello 40G3R burner wear out. The heating technician should then optimise the performances of the heating unit to prevent the burner from failing.
After switching off the burner power supply, the heating technician can perform several operations:
Check the condition of the fuel oil supply and return pipes at the burner, to see if there are any obstructed or blocked parts
Clean the suction line filter and the heating oil filter on the fuel oil pump
Clean the flame sensor
Check energy consumption and CO2
The amount of CO
The temperature of the smoke outlet from the stack
The smoke opacity index
